Great West Property Management is a full-service management firm connecting tenants and investment properties throughout the Western Washington State region. For over thirty years, we've been managing single and multi-family residential properties, commercial properties, and condominium and HOA communities.


We are a licensed real estate brokerage specializing in the management of a variety of investment properties. John Boyle

PRESIDENT

“As President and Managing Broker, my goal is to lead our team in such a way that allows for each member to find their passion and purpose within the organization.” 

Great West Management Group, Inc. was founded in 1991 by John Boyle, a licensed Real Estate Broker in Washington State, and company President. John has over 30 years of experience in property management, rental and marketing strategies, state and local landlord tenant law, financial forecasting and reporting, accounting procedures, and maintenance programs. With a client portfolio of over 800 multi-family residential and association housing units in the Puget Sound area, John has established a strong team of property managers, marketing directors, maintenance personnel, and accounting managers who continuously deliver exceptional service to our clients.   

Maria Escalante

DESIGNATED BROKER, EQUITY PARTNER

“As Designated Broker, my goal is to create an atmosphere of community, leadership, and mentorship within the company that will help elevate each member both personally and professionally.”
Maria is licensed in the state of Washington as a Real Estate Designated Broker. She has served in various roles within the industry over the last 20 years; acquiring experience in multiple facets of the industry. Residential re-sales, the building process and new construction sales, contract negotiation, land development, real estate law, landlord tenant law, fair housing law, asset management and commercial management are just a few of the areas where she has developed knowledge and expertise. 

Becky Rider

ACCOUNTING MANAGER, EQUITY PARTNER

Becky began working for Great West Management in 2016 as the Office Administrator while working towards her Real Estate license. Upon receiving her Real Estate license, she transitioned to the Assistant Association Manager role. Currently, Becky serves in the Accounting Department as the Accounting Manager where she manages Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable under the direction of the Designated Broker.

 Ashley Chiles

REGIONAL PROPERTY MANAGER

Ashley is the Lead Leasing Agent at Great West Management. Her 13 years of managerial experience have provided valuable training in a variety of work environments, while giving her opportunities to interact with clients from many different demographics. Her most recent experience as a Real Estate Assistant was especially beneficial in preparing her for her current role within the company. Her ambitious character and service focused approach to leasing are sure to be the steppingstones to her future endeavors within the organization.  

James Shelby

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

“I enjoy working at Great West Management because I have the opportunity to work on many different projects, which keeps my job exciting!” 
With over 16 years of experience in his field, James serves as the Maintenance Technician for Great West Management. In addition to maintenance, James has a background in Property Management, Real Estate, and Tax Preparation. He also served 4 years in the United States Navy, on the USS Enterprise.
